Criterias for finding a Job in Germany

1. Proficiency in German language
German proficiency is essential for searching a job in Germany although few exceptions exist. Jobs which require interaction with German people must need German such as Business Executive / Chemical Engineer / Physicist Jobs which don't need any interaction with clients may not fluent German skill, basic German skill may be enough such as Electronic Engineer / Computer Scientist 2. Technical skill You must have sufficient skill on the offered field. If you apply for an executive job, your communication skill is very important. For an electronic engineer, sound technical skill is a must. 3. Work Experience It is always beneficial if you have any previous fulltime work experience. Sometimes internship, student job experience are also beneficial. 4. Confidence Self confidence is essential for applying for jobs. You must remember, the worst thing may happen by applying for a job is rejection which is nothing but the best thing may happen that you get a call for job interview and ultimately the job. 5. Patience Don't panic if you don't get any positive reply for any employer even after hundreds of applications. |
